Data Linked to Users
Contact information: name, email address, phone number, business name, customer contact details, and team member contact details.
User content: quotes, invoices, materials, job dates, job durations, job breaks, job notes, customer notes, uploaded logos, messages, and PDF content generated from workspace records.
Financial information: invoice totals, payment status, bank-transfer invoice details entered by the user, Stripe customer/subscription references, and subscription payment metadata.
Data Used for App Functionality
Account data, workspace records, customer details, quotes, invoices, team members, subscription plan details, and job schedule data are used to provide the core BusyQuote service.
Diagnostics and Usage
Server logs, rate-limit events, and basic usage events may be used for security, debugging, reliability, analytics, and product improvement. BusyQuote should only declare analytics data in App Store Connect where it is actually collected and retained.
Third Parties
Supabase, Stripe, and transactional email providers may process data to provide authentication, database, subscription billing, and messaging functionality.
