Privacy Policy

BusyQuote provides business software for UK tradespeople and trade businesses. We act as data controller for account, billing, usage, and workspace data that users enter into the platform.

We collect account details such as name, email address, business name, authentication identifiers, and settings.

Workspace data may include customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, quote and invoice details, line items, materials, job scheduling data, team member details, invite records, messages, bank-transfer invoice details, and files or logos uploaded by users.

BusyQuote subscription billing is processed by Stripe. BusyQuote does not store full card details.

We use data to provide account access, create and send quotes and invoices, manage customers, schedule jobs, assign team members where the subscription plan allows it, generate PDFs, process BusyQuote subscriptions, provide customer portals, maintain security, and improve app reliability.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer workspace data for third-party advertising.

BusyQuote uses service providers such as Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Stripe for subscription billing, and email delivery providers for transactional messages. These providers process data only to support the service.

Workspace records are kept while an account is active unless deleted by the user. Users can initiate account deletion in Settings. Deleting an account removes the BusyQuote workspace record and associated customer, quote, invoice, material, job schedule, and team records, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security retention obligations.

Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@busyquote.co.uk or using in-app account settings where available.
