Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to use BusyQuote for your business or organisation. You are responsible for keeping account details accurate and credentials secure.

You are responsible for the customer, quote, invoice, material, job, and team data you enter into BusyQuote. You must only upload information you are legally allowed to process and share.

BusyQuote helps create, send, and manage quotes and invoices. You remain responsible for pricing, taxes, VAT treatment, trade compliance, customer agreements, and work delivery. For the soft launch, customer invoice payment links are disabled unless we enable them for your account; bank-transfer details can be added in Settings and shown on invoices.

Each new account starts with a one-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active BusyQuote subscription unless we have granted a temporary account override.

Plans may limit team access and team member counts. You can choose a monthly plan in Settings and manage billing or cancellation through the billing portal when available. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe.

If your plan includes team access, you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, inviting only authorised people, and removing access when it is no longer needed. Team members use the workspace under the owner account and remain subject to these terms.

BusyQuote includes job scheduling tools for planned dates, durations, breaks, and team assignments. Schedule information is for business planning only and should be checked by your team before relying on it for time-sensitive work.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, send spam, or use BusyQuote to mislead customers.

You can request or initiate account deletion in the app. Deletion is subject to any legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations that may require limited retention.
